Ski Lodge


What will Those krazy kids at teen bop and queen of hearts think of next hey?! well we're toning it down for this night! Softening that focus, get the ornamental log fire running, Dust of that moth eaten turtle neck jumper that your dad had when MASH was the coolest tv show on the telly, comb over that hair that'll give donald trump a run for his money, buy that andy williams record thats been on sale at the local charity shop since last christmas; YEs that right slush puppies, Mulled wine, chocolate fountains, its sure gonna be a "Fun doo"!

Liam of the The Fabulous Penetrators asked me to make a poster for their Spainish tour. Here it is after 24hrs of intense drawing and photoshop. Will post more on the development of this, as I'm not sure they will use it....So Watch this space.

Nu Nile Nite


A Friend of mine is the Landlord of a pub called The Alma (In Crystal Palace), and booked me to spin some Surf/R&B/R&R wax - I love Pomade; and their tin designs look as if they havn't been updated since the 50's. check out

Okido will be hosting a launch party of Issue 10 and Okidoodle book on the 17th Oct. All are welcome, and will be held at the Doodle bar in Battersea, where the walls are painted white every week - and you're encouraged to draw on the walls, furniture and even the staff! here's the flyer.

Thats right! we were bound to end up doing a party in the theme of a Tarantino film..Well here it is, Mortifying Uma Thurman  and using the trademark Rhubarb and custard Teenbop colour scheme. I added the creases and paper stress in pencil and used a photoshop effect. As For the Sundae kups, we can finally gonna play all those amazing surf songs from the film including Bustin' surfboards by the tornadoes! Foooo!

Balajo


An illustration for the Balajo- A Venue in Paris built during the 30s, Where the interior is made to look exterior with fake houses lamps and stars on the back wall. I've depicted the kind of people who would loiter at the Balajo, with obvious references to the Les Apaches - the famous Parisian thugs!

January Teenbop poster























Brand new Teen bop poster hot of press!-Finished this over the weekend, and spent all of yesterday blitzing london, and giving out the flyers. The Severed Limb band are a very young and exciting skiffle group led by Rob on guitar - will all the mod cons of a skiffle group- Washboard rhythm and tea chest bass. Also a french ye ye dj duo will be there. Should be and interesting night!

Teen Bop Poster



A new poster I drew for a night I help organize down at the Bethnal Green workin' mens Club. Inspired by The 60's tv show. With The Sundae Kups - a band i play organ in with friends Matt kupa and his younger bro Samuel, also The Angri Las (angry version of the shangri las!) will be on stage aswell. plus Our friends Natty Bo Djing and Rita and mona, and lets not forget Mr Yu Sato.
